White Sands Village

White sands Village Condominium is the ideal place to enjoy your stay on tropical Siesta Key, Florida. Situated just a short walk from the world-renowned Siesta Key Public Beach, it’s a great place for a two-week vacation or for an extended stay.

The accommodations are privately owned and individually decorated, unique and beautifully maintained. Just bring your suitcases, and perhaps some groceries, settle in and enjoy a cozy, homelike environment. Linens are supplied and kitchens are fully equipped in each of the rental units.

Nearly half of the co-owners offer their condo unit for rent to vacationers who want to live an unforgettable experience in this corner of the tropics. The maintenance and lease management is entrusted to an agency of the Association of co-owners.

You can swim or float in the always-heated pool, stretch out on a lounge chair to soak in the sunshine, or claim a shady spot to enjoy the tropical breezes. There’s birdwatching near the dock or at birdfeeders sprinkled around the grounds, and you can watch for dolphins and manatees in the canal, connected to Little Sarasota Bay.

Across the street and down a little path will bring you to the vast expanse of Siesta Beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches (with plenty of awards to show for itself!). There you’ll find a playground, tennis and volleyball courts, shaded picnic areas, snack bars…and miles of soft, pure white quartz sand.

White Sands Village is close to shopping, water sports, golfing, arts and theater…just about any type of fun or entertainment you’d like to enjoy.
